Gillian has twice played a key role in scaling businesses between $10M and $100M ARR, with deep experience managing growth across customer segments (SMB, mid-market, enterprise) and buyer profiles (marketing, R&D, IT, sales, customer experience, and human resources).
As an OIR at Emergence Capital, Gillian partners closely with founders and their leadership teams on a variety of topics including customer retention & growth strategies, organizational design, and leadership hiring.
